We met Gayle Bright via the Internet. She was searching for a foundry that was willing to work with her, or she was going to drop the pewter line altogether. Upon examining the pieces she sent as examples she "didn't like", we were convinced we could help. Since then we've helped the line grow, plus we added a new element, a clear coating in brass color that enhanced the look of her work as well as adding an interesting color variant to pewter. Most of the examples of her work shown on

this website incorporate this "brass" coating. Gayle found "Clear Clad" on the web and asked if we were willing to set up and use this system. We were impressed with the quality and durability of Clear Clad and arranged a meeting with the west coast rep and the owner one early Saturday morning. The system was demonstrated, we liked it and the rest is history.
